SR Pack's service department is ready with competent and professional technicians who are ready to move out, both in connection with any problems, but also on preventive service visits. This ensures stable systems and machinery and a higher uptime and a lower risk of future downtime.

Service agreements:

The service agreement is adjusted to the individual client. With a SR Pack service agreement, you are guaranteed secure production and longer uptime around the clock.

And with service agreements, fixed intervals are guaranteed as well as the possibility of additional training of employees.
We are flexible in-service inspection and want close cooperation with our customers to keep production running.
During a service visit, the machines are reviewed and a report of the work performed is drawn up. SR Pack provides service on its own facilities and agency products such as checkers, metal detectors and X-ray machines from Anritsu.
During shut down, a technician is usually available the same day depending on the geographical location.

Renovation:

SR Pack can assist in renovating existing systems, either at SR Pack or at the customer’s facilities.
The renovation can be done by SR Pack's technicians or carried out in collaboration with the customer’s technicians.

Installation:

SR Pack performs installation and commissioning of all plants produced at SR Pack's factory.

Training:

Training of operators and technicians in operating the equipment.
This is usually part of an installation, but can also be performed by a service inspection.

Optimising:

This will ensure optimal utilization and capacity of your system.
This is done and carried out in close cooperation with our customers.

Spare parts:

SR Pack offers our customers spare parts to ensure higher uptime.
This can either be purchased as single parts or in spare packages adapted to the individual system.
