Conveyor belt
SR Pack designs and manufactures conveyors, including lane dividers and in-feed systems. All belts are made in food-grade materials and the structure design is clean-friendly.
Lane divider
Our lane divider is built with a servo engine to control the product distribution between typically 2 to 4 lanes. The system is typically integrated into our solutions, but is also sold as “Stand Alone.”
Palletising
With our partner Kjærgaard A/S, we can solve all palletization and depalletising tasks.
We can offer a complete robot cell where a palletizing robot equipped with a combination tool handles both filled boxes and empty pallets. The cell is delivered complete with runways and possibly. wrapping station or strapping station.
Dollie Loading/Emptying
SR Pack offers dollie loading of stacked boxes. The stack is transferred with a very robust system that lifts the stack and transfers it to the dolly.
The system can be operated with an automatic change of dolly.
Lane merger
Our merger system typically collects products from two packing machines to a BXF Box Filler. The solution is a highly proven solution with two paddle plates that stop the products from one supply belt while the products from the other belt are released.
Box lift for plastic boxes
SR Pack offers lifts to empty and filled plastic boxes.
The lift is built with a stainless steel frame and cover.
The boxers are raised in height with brackets mounted on each chain.
Buffer
Often, there may be a problem that products buffer on the line as they drive towards each other can lose the orientation.
Thereby an automatic packing is prevented.
